A block of rooms has been booked at 140 Euro per room per night, including breakfast. After Jan. 24, 2006, the rooms will be released, and participants may book "upon request and upon availability". Occasionally, better rates might be obtained by Internet booking through the Holiday Inn web site (click the image below for a link). There are a lot of other hotels in Brussels city centre and Polydynamics will make alternate suggestions. All participants requiring accommodation must make their own reservations with Holiday Inn directly and quote "POLYDYNAMICS booking" to receive the above mentioned reduced rate, preferably before Jan. 24, 2006.
